The front piece is PMC - which is Precious metal clay.
You roll it, texture it, shape it, then put it in a kiln at 1650 degrees for 2 hours. The clay "binder" is burned out completely leaving you with a piece of pure (.999) silver.
Strung on a Sterling Silver chain.
It's been riveted with stainless steel bolts connecting to an etched copper sheet, cut to match the front.
An electroformed lampwork acorn bead dangle.The acorn alone takes 16 hours to complete !

Fine silver wire has been fused into a BUNCH of little barbells, then woven into fine silver links. Tumbled extensively to assure enough work hardening.
