Carol Watson Art Glass - Lampwork Beads. Jewelry, Objects
Jewelry & Objects Gallery

Examples of some of my finished jewelry designs.
Some have already sold, some will be available in
my Etsy store.

My newest piece. The front piece is PMC - which is Precious metal clay.
You roll it, texture it, shape it, then put it in a kiln at 1650 degrees for 2 hours. The clay "binder" is burned out completely leaving you with a piece of pure (.999) silver.
It's been riveted with stainless steel bolts connecting to an etched copper sheet, cut to match the front.
An electroformed lampwork acorn bead dangle.
WHAT A LABOR INTENSIVE PIECE ! lol
$150.00

New bottle openers. My son Scott told me that I needed more openers in "manly colors"  Here ya go !!......
$40 ea

Another Oak Leaf Pendant....this time riveted and with a tiny little acorn dangle. It's so darned cute !! I like it so much I'm using this image for my booth poster at the Indiana State Art Fair in a couple of weeks.

I posted this necklace on Facebook, and a dear friend from grade school bought it !

Social Networking.......woohoo !!

A new acorn style. I used enamels for the colors. Enamels are finely ground glass that is like a powder, but creates some intense colors. I wear a respirator when I use them because I don't want to inhale little glass particles. Yuck !

Another disc necklace. Taking this one to Penrod if it doesn't sell on my Etsy site.
